We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

  • During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
When available, free shipping will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international countries.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions (depending on carrier restrictions).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Roa VO Shop is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
